I've never been a "pebble beach" kind of girl, always preferred sand and shells. However, the beach near my house has a nice mixture of sand and stones, and I find myself drawn to picking up the more interesting ones as I go along. These are the first in my official collection. I plan to have a big jar by the time I'm done. (Yes, the astute among you probably noticed that there's a piece of glass in there. Couldn't help it, it was pretty and looked like it wanted to be a stone).
